1. Chapter 1.1 - The Sewer - When the BSAA helicopter is shooting you, follow the path around to the left. The emblem is above the door of the damaged building in front of you.

Chapter 1.1 - The Sewer - Once Jake has used the swing pole and helped Sherry up to meet him, the emblem is at the top of a metal girder to the right of the far ladder (we have circled this in red). You can also get a closer shot once the ladder has been kicked down. From the top of this ladder, follow the path around to the right. The emblem is at the top of a metal girder to your left.
3. Chapter 1.2 - Water Channel - After running from Ustanak, you will enter a warehouse. Follow the path to the left and enter a bathroom lined with urinals and a J'avo on the toilet. Head to the end, where there is a broken ladder which Jake can throw Sherry up. As Sherry, once you are up there, turn 180 degrees and look right. The emblem is resting on the floor. As either character, once you have the Bear Commander, stand with your back against the assist-jump wall and aim up to the right corner of the hole. Send an explosive round up and the splash should do the trick. A hand grenade also works just as well.
4. Chapter 1.3 - Underground Passage - After climbing the ladder from the dark passage, the emblem is above the door of the damaged building directly in front of you (we have circled this in red).
